Peter has further developed his successful academic career by being awarded the title of Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Prague.

The topic of habilitation thesis "Management tools, incentives, regulations and feedback in Slovak healthcare system" describes the organization and performance of Slovak healthcare system since 2004 reform.
