Czechia: health system review 2023

At the beginning of 2023, a new edition of the publication Czechia: health system review 2023 from a series of country profiles published under the heading European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies was published.

The publication describes in detail various aspects of the functioning of the health care system in the Czech Republic, such as organization and management of the system, including description of reforms, financing, human resources or provision of health care. Health policy experts from Czechia (Lucie Bryndová, Lenka Šlegerová, Jana Votápková and Pavel Hrobon) as well as researchers from the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies (Nathan Shuftan and Anne Spranger) participated in the preparation of the publication. Peter and Daniela, who were opponents of the mentioned publication, also provided their expert comments to the team.
