MEMBERSHIP IN THE ACADEMIC SENATE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS, PRAGUE

After becoming a member of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Management in the fall of 2017, Peter was succesfully elected as a member of the Academic Senate of the University of Economics, Prague in June 2018.

The Academic Senate establishes, merges, distributes and dissolves faculties, proposes candidates for the Rector and dismisses him/her, approves the Rector's proposal for the annual allocation of funds to faculties, approves the status of the faculty and statutes of faculties etc.

All the above menioned competencies have a significant impact on the functioning of the university and therefore it is an extremely important function.

Between 2018 and 2021, Peter would like to actively contribute to meeting the University's vision of becoming a leader in the management and economic education market in the Central European countries.
